This 19,000-sf hyper-specialty joint replacement facility is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2021 and demonstrates the union between Astoria and its affiliate partner Muve Health. The facility will feature two operating rooms and eight stay suites, an integral element to Muve Health’s approach to recovery. The suites provide a residence close to the ASC, where guests, once fully discharged from their surgical procedure, can relax and safely ambulate for 24-72 hours while receiving in-home health services and physical therapy in a small hotel setting.  Muve Health focuses on the field of joint reconstruction to develop, own, and operate a network of specialty healthcare facilities that are dedicated to provide total joint replacement procedures in a unique healthcare environment.
