Astoria located and purchased a vacant office building and repurposed it into a medical office building, including a MUVE center. The project involved electrical systems upgrades, including specialized HVAC, structural enhancements and aesthetic improvements. The MUVE center is currently operational and leasing is underway for the remaining space.
