Astoria served in a project management role for tenant improvements made to the lobby and common areas of the facility. The renovation proved complex due to the off-peak construction schedule, high-rise nature of the building and the dense urban environment of Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago. This renovation was completed successfully, and plans are currently underway for a full facility expansion.
