St. Luke’s Surgery Center of Chesterfield

This 17,000-sf new tenant improvement project includes six new operating rooms, two procedure rooms, as well as 23-hour rooms for extended recovery. The center provides anesthesiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, orthopedic, plastic surgery and eurology. Initial project design occurred pre-Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in construction occurring during the initial wave of resourcing setbacks and delays. A medical air compressor originally sourced from Italy became unavailable, which resulted in the team pivoting, identifying, and sourcing a compatible compressor.
